About our Privacy Policy
We are Medialicious (“Medialicious”, “we” or “us”). We run this Application for Employment (“Application”) for the purpose of managing the recruitment processes of the Medialicious group of undertakings and, consequently, act as the data controller for the personal data you share through this Application.

 

By accessing the Application, you acknowledge this privacy policy and agree to be bound by it. If at any time you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not use the Application or provide us with any personal information.

When you interact with the Application, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Someone within our organisation recommends you and provides us information about you.

  • We find information about you in professional social networks and consider you suitable for the role.

  • You provide us with information about yourself and/or your social network activity when you interact with us through professional social networks.

  • You provide us with additional personal data during the recruitment process or through any other contact you make with us.


Purposes, lawful basis and retention

We will process the personal data collected for the purpose of managing your application for a Medialicious job opportunity, based on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in handling your application. We will retain your data for as long as is strictly necessary to fulfil the stated purpose.


If you agree, we will process such personal data for the purpose of contacting you about other relevant job opportunities in the future, based on your consent. We will retain your data for up to 12 months.
 

We may process your personal data for internal administrative purposes within the Medialicious group of undertakings based on our legitimate interests in operating an effective recruitment function and providing you with relevant job opportunities related to your application or your interest in joining our job pool. We will retain your data for the time period specified above depending on the circumstances.

Your personal data may also be transferred between companies within the Medialicious group of undertakings, ensuring consideration for opportunities across the group.


These transfers may include storage or processing in countries outside your place of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in line with applicable legal safeguards and guarantees.


Medialicious does not disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Where data is shared with external processors or third-party providers, such parties are contractually required to safeguard your information and use it solely for the purposes of providing services to Medialicious.

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent at any time where we are processing your personal information on the basis of your consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. Consent is not a condition of purchase and you will not be discriminated against for withdrawing consent; however, if you withdraw consent, we may be unable to provide certain features, such as sending you certain promotional communications.

Amendments to this Privacy Policy will be posted at this URL and will be effective when posted. You can tell if this Privacy Policy has changed by checking the last modified date that appears at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of any amendment, modification or change shall constitute your acceptance thereof.
